Here's another project for PTI's 4th Anniversary celebration today! The free tag download I used on this card is designed by Beth Silaika. I paired it up with some stamping, gems, and popped it up on a square of deep blue cardstock. Oh yea, if you haven't checked out all the celebratory amazingness, head on over!!!
